Private Niche Empire is opening March 2nd and is offering 10 Monthly Unique Niche Websites with Adsense, Amazon ads and some Clickbank links for $97 a month.  If you are a completely lazy slacker and want some spare milk money then go for it – because I honestly think that is about how much you will make with these lame templates.

That may be a bit harsh to say, but I am more the type of individual that cares more about quality offers and programs that make money then lining my pockets with your commissions for everything that comes my way.

Now I’m sure with a little effort, you can turn Private Niche Empire into a pretty decent income – but I personally think Adsense sites are too much effort for too little reward. But that just me as I like to go for the big fish like website flipping.

Website Flipping is a MUCH more lucrative business as it essentially the method of buying cheap websites from one place and selling for a higher price (after some fix-ups) at another place.
